About Us
Simon Richardson, the founder of White Horse Property Services, served in the British Army for 18 years as a Military Policeman.
After leaving the Army in 2007, he found himself working for a local letting agent carrying out all their inventory requirements and running their maintenance department.
Recognising that there was a need for a trustworthy and reliable Inventory service, Simon decided that it would be to establish White Horse Property Services (Maintenance & Inventory) Ltd.
White Horse Property Services currently carry out work for a number of letting agents and private landlords in the Bath, Wiltshire and surrounding areas.
